How it works

Three steps from the subscribe button to your first game, and a plain description of what lands on your mobile bill afterwards.

Tap the subscribe button

You land on the signup page for your Swiss mobile operator. Nothing is charged yet.

Confirm on your phone

You confirm the subscription on the operator page. Your mobile number identifies you, so there is no password to invent and no card number to type.

Play straight away

The catalogue opens in the same browser tab. Bookmark it and it is there tomorrow.

Which devices it runs on

Funzone is served as HTML5 to whichever browser you open it in. That covers iPhone and Android phones, iPads and Android tablets, Windows laptops, Macs and Chromebooks. There is no separate app, so there is nothing to keep updated and nothing taking up storage.

A subscription is tied to your mobile number, not to a device. Open the catalogue on the phone in the morning and on the laptop in the evening and it is the same subscription.

What appears on your bill

Charges run through your Swiss mobile operator rather than a card. You will see the amount on your monthly invoice, or deducted from your prepaid balance.

  • Sunrise bills CHF 15 per week as a single item.
  • Salt bills the same CHF 15 per week as three SMS charges of CHF 5.

Both come to the same weekly amount. The split on the Salt side is how that operator handles premium SMS billing, not an extra charge.

Cancelling

The subscription runs week to week until you stop it. Send STOP to 995 by SMS, or email contact@funzone-ch.com from the number you subscribed with and we will cancel it for you.

Access stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that nothing further is charged.

What we need from you

Your mobile number, because that is how the operator identifies the subscription and how the charge is routed. No name, no address, no card number and no password.

Nothing is charged until you confirm on your operator page. Until that moment you can close the tab and no subscription exists.
